What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Upon checkout you will have the option to select your shipping method. We do not cover VAT or other taxes, please make sure you are aware of import laws and regulations for your country. We do not accept returns because of VAT/TAX issues in your country so please make sure you know your local laws before ordering.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery times can vary all depending on your selected shipping method. We do not have control over your package once it leaves our warehouse but as soon as we get your order we do our best to get it out as fast as possible.

What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you order we pick and pack your order, add it to the shipping queue and ship it out.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes you will always receive an invoice/receipt for your order via email. If you do not receive an email confirmation after placing your order please contact us and we will look into your issue.
